Guidelines for requesting refunds on the Licence Help platform
At Licence Help Driving School, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and reliable service experience for all our learners. To ensure consistency and clarity, we have outlined our policies regarding refunds and instructor changes below.
Please note that Licence Help Driving School maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking has been made and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all lesson bookings, packages, and services — irrespective of learner cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend lessons.
We encourage all learners to carefully review their booking details, selected instructor, and schedule before confirming any payment to avoid any inconvenience.
A refund may only be issued under the following specific circumstances:
In such cases, learners may request a refund or choose to reschedule their lesson at no additional cost.
Learners who wish to change their instructor may submit a request at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled lesson. Requests made within 48 hours of the lesson time may not be accommodated due to instructor scheduling and availability.
Please note that instructor change requests do not qualify for any refund, as per our no-refund policy.
