Guidelines for requesting refunds on the Licence Help platform

At Licence Help, we want every lesson you book to go smoothly. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your booking doesn't meet expectations and you'd like to request a refund, our Support Team is here to help. Please review the guidelines below to see when you may be eligible.

Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period. If you make a purchase, don't book any lessons, and then decide you're not ready to continue, you can request a refund within 48 hours of your original transaction. This refund will be processed on a "no questions asked" basis.

When am I eligible for a refund?

Refund limitations (Afterpay & PayPal)

Some payment providers place time limits on refunds:

  • Afterpay transactions older than 120 days cannot be refunded.
  • PayPal transactions older than 180 days cannot be refunded.

These restrictions are set by the payment providers and are outside Licence Help's control.

When am I not eligible for a refund?

If you would like to request a refund or submit a complaint, please contact our Support Team with as much detail as possible. This helps us process your request quickly.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Platform Processing Fees

Please note: Platform processing fees are non-refundable. These fees support the technology, safety, and services that keep Licence Help running smoothly. Refunds will only cover the booking amount excluding these fees.
