Book Your Lesson

Parties

This Agreement is between Licence Help and the Learner who has signed up to our platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Term of Agreement

This Agreement commences on the day the last party accepts this Agreement digitally and terminates when an Event of Termination takes place.

2. Capacity

  • The Learner warrants they hold a current and valid NSW Learner Licence
  • This Agreement automatically terminates if the Learner ceases to hold a valid learner licence
  • This is considered an essential term by Licence Help

3. Relationship of the Parties

  • Licence Help provides driving lessons directly to the Learner through its instructor
  • The Learner engages Licence Help to receive driving instruction, this is a direct service relationship, not an introduction to a third-party contractor
  • Licence Help is responsible for the delivery of lessons booked under this Agreement
  • The Learner is responsible for their own preparedness, honesty in disclosing relevant medical or licensing information, and compliance with instructions given during lessons

4. Payment Terms

  • All lessons must be paid in advance
  • 24-hour cancellation policy applies
  • No-shows forfeit the full lesson fee
  • Credits expire after 24 months
  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy

5. Learner Responsibilities

  • Arrive punctually for all lessons
  • Follow all instructor directions
  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Obey all traffic laws during lessons
  • No mobile phone use during instruction
  • Maintain respectful conduct at all times

 

Additional Provisions

Privacy Policy

We collect and use your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All Licence Help materials, resources, and content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first attempt mediation, then arbitration if unresolved. Costs are shared equally between parties.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Licence Help’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
