Learner & Driving Instructor Policy

At Licence Help, we’re focused on making every lesson safe, professional and genuinely useful for learning. This policy sets out what we expect from learners, and what you can expect from your instructor, so every lesson runs smoothly for both sides.

What We Ask of Learners

As a learner booking through Licence Help, you’re expected to:

• Hold a valid NSW Learner Licence at the time of your lesson
• Be ready and waiting at the agreed pickup location on time
• Treat your instructor with respect and professionalism throughout the lesson
• Follow road rules and your instructor’s guidance while driving
• Attend lessons free from alcohol or any impairing substances
• Let us know if there is anything that could affect your ability to drive safely during the lesson. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancel within 48 hours of your lesson and it’s forfeited — no refund applies.

Your instructor at Licence Help is committed to:

• Turning up on time at the agreed pickup location
• Staying professional, patient and respectful, lesson after lesson
• Holding current NSW driving instructor accreditation as required by law 
• Prioritising your safety throughout every lesson, no exceptions
• Giving you clear, constructive feedback so you actually improve, not just log hours
